Sixteen representatives out of the 17 partners and the EC technical advisor attended the meeting where the first year activities were summarized and a decision on the most convenient biomass pre-treatment method was taken. Besides, planned activities for the next year were overviewed. For its part, the Innovation Committee launched the discussion on expected patentable outputs of the project, as well as the main drawbacks for scale up and commercialization.
The 3rd Governing Board meeting is scheduled for April 2014 in Brussels (Belgium) allowing it to coincide with the First Period Review Meeting.
